David “DJ” Creato was charged in 2017 for the murder of his 3 year old son. He had a new gf and in texts she stated it would be better if DJ’s son from a previous relationship, Brendan was gone or not in the picture. There was no DNA evidence pointing to DJ, but the fact that Brendan’s body was found next to a nearby river, without any shoes on, and his socks weren’t dirty made it easier for the police to point to him. It’s said he deprived Brendan of oxygen but nothing states how this was done. His family still claims he’s innocent.
